This page explains how Pliologik LLC ("Pliologik", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the pliologik.com website. Each Pliologik app (Précis, Plurae) has its own privacy policy that governs the app itself; this policy covers only this website.
1. What this website collects
This website is intentionally minimal. It is a static informational site about Pliologik LLC and the apps we publish. It does not use cookies, browser storage, third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting.
We do not maintain user accounts on this website. There is no login, no sign-up form, and no payment flow.
2. Server logs
This site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare maintains standard edge logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp, basic browser information) for security, abuse prevention, and operational troubleshooting. We do not use these logs for marketing or for building profiles, and we retain them only as long as Cloudflare's standard log retention requires.
3. Email you send us
If you email us at info@pliologik.com, we will see your email address, your name (if provided), and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you. We do not add your email address to any marketing list, and we do not share it with third parties.
4. Links to other sites
This site links to our product sites (getprecis.app, getplurae.app) and may link to other resources. Once you leave pliologik.com, this privacy policy no longer applies; review the privacy policy of the destination site.
5. Our apps
Pliologik's iPhone apps have their own privacy practices, documented in each app's privacy policy and in the App Privacy section of the App Store listing. As a general principle, our apps:
- process data on-device wherever the platform supports it;
- store and transmit only what is required for the feature you are using;
- do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertising networks or trackers.
6. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact info@pliologik.com and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, the European Union, United Kingdom, or U.S. states with comparable laws such as California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@pliologik.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and within any period required by applicable law.
8. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, post a notice on this page.
